Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest but for your convenience we recommend creating an account where you will be able to view and manage your orders, view balances and purchase history.
How do I create an account?
Click the 'Account' tab and complete all required details within the 'Create Account' section and once complete click the 'Create' tab.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the 'Account' tab and complete enter your login details and click 'Sign In' tab this will open your account details where you will be ableto edit any details your require.
Do I receive any benefits of having an account?
By signing up for an account you will receive details on special offers, upcoming releases and announcements. As and when we intrioduce new features for account holders they will be the first to be notified.
I cant remember my password what should I do?
In case you lose or cant remember your password you can use the reset password facility, to do this you will need to know your email address that you used to register with.
What payment methods do you accept?
We can accept most debit/credit cards and Paypal, full details on our payments page, We process our payments through Shopify, Stripe, Partial.ly and Paypal.
Do you offer installment payments for orders?
Yes we offer installment plans which you can select during checkout, please see our payments page for full details.
Where do you ship your products from?
We ship our goods from our warehouses in the United Kingdom and Asia. UK/EU customers will receive their orders from our UK warehouse and the rest of the world deliveries will be managed through our Asia Warehouse.
I live within the EU will I need to pay Import VAT & Duty Charges?
No, you don't have to worry about this as we will cover the importation of all goods and then ship direct to you from the United Kingdom.
Why is it that I see collectors in the USA with their product before I receive mine in the UK/EU?
This is because we can ship direct to those collectors in the USA from our Asian warehouse, we could ship directly to you from there but then you would have a higher postage rate and be liable for VAT & Duty once your item reaches your Country. it will take time for all UK/EU order to reach our facility in the United Kingdom as we move our products by sea freight. By using this method you will not be liable for any import charges on delivery.
Different Types of Figures
What is a production figure?
This is a figure that will be produced in greater numbers and we will normally have a few remaining on our retails for purchase, this however is not always the case as our figures are popular they tend to sell out during the pre-order stage.
What is a limited production figure?
This is similar to a Limited Edition figure and will be produced in smaller number, because it is a limited production figure, we reserve the right to produce anything run of the same design should we wish to at a later date.
What is a limited Edition figure?
This type of figure is produced in small numbers and will be a one off production run and will never be reproduced again adding to the collectable value of the figure.
What are Green Wolf Gear Exclusive figures?
In each production run we may do a limited run of 50-100 figures that are only available through our website, these will differ from the production figure making them more appealing and collectable.
What are the 13 Project Limited Edition figures?
These are additional collectable figures which come from our 13 Project series of figures. These are designed and crafted by Dorgmal Snow of Snow Corporation who has teamed up with Green Wolf Gear to bring these figures to you.
Why do your 13 Project Limited Edition figures cost more?
These figures are produced in very limited quantities never any more than 25 in each run and on occasions as low as 10. Dorgmal Snow produces and crafts every part by hand which makes them unique in every way and highly collectable.
When will your pre-order items be available?
Pre-order items will normally be available on the date advertised, however there may be occasions that the delivery date may slip by a few weeks due to production issues, we always try to account for these in our estimated delivery time. however there may be instances that something happens outside our control. in the event of a delayed delivery for per-ordered items we will send out an email notification informing of this.
Your item is listed as sold out will you restock more?
Unfortunately not, once we produce an item and its sold out we will not reproduce that item again. If you are interested in purchasing an item its available to use the pre-order facility this will ensure that the item will be reserved for you. Our items don't sit around for long and tend to sell out fast.

What is the best way to get in touch with you?
The easiest and fastest way is to send us an email, you will normally receive a response within 24hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
I sent you a message on Facebook, Instagram or other social media but haven't heard back from you, why?
We are a small team with a million other tasks to complete we can't monitor social media 24hrs a day, we will reply to messages on there as and when we can, but if its urgent then its always best to email us.
Can I have free items in exchange for advertising on my social media or YouTube?
If I had a penny for the amount of offers I have had from You Tubers and social media users asking for free stuff in exchange for them advertising on social media I would not have to produce anything else.
If you are a You Tuber with 20 subscribers and 1 uploaded video, the possibility of us providing anything to you to advertise is zero.
